What we collect

Information you give us directly through forms on this site: name, email, phone, mailing address, county, ZIP, and what you write in message fields. If you contribute, our payment processor collects employer and occupation for contributions above the reporting threshold as required by Texas law.

How we use it

To respond to you, to send campaign updates by email and text, to organize volunteers and team members, to schedule speaking engagements, and to meet our reporting obligations to the Texas Ethics Commission.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We do not share it with any commercial business, including any business owned or operated by Timothy Mabry personally. The campaign list and any commercial list are kept entirely separate and are never merged.

Contribution disclosure

Campaign finance reports filed with the Texas Ethics Commission are public records. Contributions above the reporting threshold appear in those filings including contributor name, address, employer, and occupation. This is required by law.

Text messages

If you provide a mobile number you may receive text messages from the campaign. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To be removed entirely, email info@mabryfortexas.com. We will remove you except for information legally required in campaign finance filings.
